We are a team of four, based in Lapland, specialising in Lapland real estate: holiday properties, residential homes and investment properties.

Lapland LKV Was Born From Local Need

Lapland is a property market unlike any other. The areas differ significantly from each other: the price dynamics in Levi are nothing like the lakeside cottage market in Inari, and Rovaniemi residential homes are a category of their own.

Lapland LKV was founded because Lapland property transactions deserve a local expert, someone who knows what a realistic price is in Kilpisjärvi, where properties in Ylläs actually sell, and who the right buyers are for a cabin in Saariselkä.

We work directly with our clients. Every assignment is handled by us, with no subcontractors and no remote brokering. That shows in the quality.
